Harrison Patrick Smith, the man behind The Dare, was inspired one night by The Rolling Stones’ Some Girls, which led him to create what would later become his first major hit: “Girls”. This track set the tone for his evolving musical style, eventually culminating in his first EP, Sex, released on May 19, 2023.
This year, the 27-year-old took his sound international, performing a Boiler Room set in Ibiza, further cementing his place in the global music scene. Today (September 6), he has finally released his debut album, What’s Wrong With New York?.
